Rosa Negra, Taste of Latin-American Traditions
RosaNegra® is a new restaurant concept that
opened its doors in Cancun recently, its fashionable vision adds freshness and
modernity to the varied gastronomic offer of this premium tourist destination.
It is a tribute to Latin-American cuisine and gastronomic traditions from
countries such as Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and of course Mexico that
makes its menu a unique, authentic and daring product.
The creator of this innovative concept is
Eduardo Beaven, renowned businessman with more than 20 years in the restaurant
industry. In an effort to preserve the essence of each dish, this concept not
only emphasizes the importance of using unique and exclusive ingredients such
as the Tiger Niguerian Shrimp and the Wagyu Picaña of Kagoshima Japan, but also
to bring each ingredient daily from its origin preserving its freshness and
quality.
The exclusive infusions of the house make their
cocktails and drinks the perfect complement of their menu that are to be enjoyed
with the best music selected by the resident DJ, who invites to relax and
delight in their specially designed and decorated atmosphere by the architect Jorge
Borja winner of the Versailles prize of Architecture 2017 granted by UNESCO;
without a doubt a unique experience to indulge your senses.
